Brad Banks is a former American football quarterback who played in college for the University of Iowa. In college, he had a standout season in 2002 where he led the Iowa Hawkeyes to an 11-2 record and was a finalist for the Davey O'Brien Award, given to the nation's best quarterback. Following his college career, he went undrafted in the 2003 NFL Draft but later signed with the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Banks also played in the Canadian Football League (CFL) for a short time, notably with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. His playing style was characterized by mobility and strong passing skills.
