We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we strive to ensure that you have a positive experience with our services. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms under which we offer refunds for services purchased on app.tarotreading.cards.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued if:
- The service was not provided or completed due to an error on our part.
- You cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation time.
- If there was an issue with the payment process or a technical error preventing you from accessing your purchased service.
2. Refund Requests
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@tarotreading.cards
- Your name and email address
- The service you booked
- The reason for your refund request
- The date and time of the scheduled consultation
3. Processing Refunds
Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days. We will notify you once your refund has been issued. Please note that any fees associated with payment processing may not be refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Services
within 7 days of the scheduled service. Please include the following details in your request
Refunds are not available for the following:
- Completed or used services.
- Any request made after the service has been provided or the consultation has taken place.
- Any booking that is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
