Aarón Martín Caricol, commonly known as Aarón Martín, is a professional Spanish footballer born on 4th November 1997 in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Spain. He primarily plays as a left-back and is known for his defensive skills as well as his ability to support the attack. Martín began his career in the youth system of FC Barcelona before moving to the youth team of Espanyol, where he made his senior debut in 2016. He gained prominence with Espanyol's first team and later transferred to several clubs, including a notable move to Mainz 05 in the Bundesliga in 2019.
